Welcome to Elite Action
Games Dorking
Set in 250 acres of glorious Saxon woodland
in the Surrey countryside, Dorking boasts an ever growing Airsoft
playground. With the existing paintball fields well established
the staff at Elite have continuously added to the site creating
new gaming areas and enhancing the existing features. It is fair to say that Dorking is not just another fire fight in the woods!
US Command Post
Based on a US firebase from the Vietnam war,
the new Command Post is situated in the farthest extremity of the site.

Consisting of over, 1000 sandbags, a hundred and sixty 40 gallon oil drums,
15 bunkers, trellises, tank traps, camo nets, howitzer, mortar pit and tower, which have all been painted (120 litres of paint so far...)..

The four buildings are highly defensible positions
offering a "last bastion of hope" to defending forces.
Needless to say that taking these buildings is easier said than done
and the firefight get real close.

Each of the buildings are different, offering obscure angles of fire, divisions and complexities.

Smoke always adds to the day and offer that little
bit of cover for that last desperate charge.

At 338 square foot of maze and boasting an elevated firing position, this new construction offers more choice and cover to the defending team.

We have worked hard to ensure that each building is more than just box, solid divisions stop both the shoot through and grenades.

Detail is important to both the site and it's players, thus everything gets painted and attention to detail with fake barb wire and stencils add to the overall effect.

No fire base would be complete without a Howitzer!

A birds eye view gives you some idea of the size of the CP, I think we might have gone too far!

It’s very difficult to show the size and effort
that went into this. Either way this is a very impressive centre
piece for the site and I’m sure you will all be impressed
when you see it.
Camp Bastion
Home of the British Special forces at Dorking, Camp
Bastion resides in a enclave, surrounded by heavy foilage and fortified
wall, bunkers.

The natural terrain offers a fantastic and often furious
battle area.

Multiple buildings offer a range of firing angle to both the front and rear of the camp.

The elevated firing position helps close down that back door!

Once you have made the wall...... Only the buildings and surrounding area left to clear!!

The forward wall slows the advance of enemy forces,
whist the command post and other building offers a "last stand" for the defenders.
Often used as a one part of bigger games.
Chapel
A new area in Dorking and one that has grown beyond even our plans.... It's true that sometimes a area just gets away from you...

It's in the name... Well we could have got tyres and pallets but we thought you lot would prefer this!

No Chapel is complete without grave stones, but if you are going to use them for cover, they might prove a little small.

This is where we started to lose it!!!! Bay Windows!!!

and then it just grew....

and grew...

and grew!!! The Semi detached houses are priced to sell!!!

Then we needed a jail for all the naughty airsofters!

and it is a jail!

Why make them long? When you can build them up!

Two separate entrances, makes this property prime for a conversion!

An spacious apartment with fantastic angle of attack and defence.

Nice photo Tash!

The Chapel has a fantastic view, if you are small enough to get up there!

Elevated corridor.

Prime dual fronted barn!
Joking apart, this new area has changed a dull and boring element of one of the larger games into a heated and difficult free fire zone. Not for the faint hearted.
The Bunker Zone
Styled around WWII
pill boxes, these five structures are situated around a clearing of a natural
choke point. The five bunkers
are positioned across a staggered line making this game both fun and challenging.

The placement is almost perfect. Situated ahead
of a natural “choke“ point, the defenders have clear
lines of sight through 360 degrees presenting a near impenetrable
target.
. As for those poor volunteers who, by default have
elected to attack, not only must they try and avoid incoming fire
but equally find both the tactics and tenacity to assault, take
down and clear out the “bunker zone ”.
The Fort
The Fort – This defiantly isn’t “cow
boys and Indians”! Stained white (paintballs) This last bastion
offers a high defendable position against every growing odds!

The Village
The trench – Well that is what it looks like,
ok it a drainage ditch! Still it couldn’t be better placed
between the fort and the village!! Especially now with sandbags
and extra fortifications on or around it.
The village – Sporting various structures
and barricades. Players will find themselves close up and personal
and taking heavy fire from all angles!

Safezone
As Dorking is uses an existing paintball
site for its sazezone and some of the gaming areas, we are fortunate
enough to have proper toilets and kitchen.

We have completed the three sections
of the safezone with plans to increase the amount of table space.
