Rentals

Elite Action Games sites are not just for professional airsofters, we also cater for new players. We will kit you out in everything you need to have a great day airsofting. This will include:

• Face mask
• Combat Jacket & Trousers
• Automatic airsoft gun
• Unlimited battery power
• Ammo
• Lunch including a drink

1. Any rentals must book 72 hours prior to game date either via www.arniesairsoft.co.uk, via telephone or email. Make sure you get a confirmation if applying by email or via the forum.

2. All rentals HAVE to pay the deposit of £45 if they want to rent a gun. If the equipment is returned in the manner in which it was issued, the full deposit will be refunded. Failure to pay the deposit will mean that you will not be issued a gun. If the equipment is damaged or mistreated then the deposit in part or full will be retained to pay for the damages. Should the player want another weapon after a breakage, a further deposit of £40 pounds will be required. There is no excuse that is valid, so please don’t try it on!

3. Prior to the issue of a gun, the weapon will be checked and any defects will be noted. Obviously we except that sometimes things break, but barrels, receivers don’t just fall apart and generally require severe mistreatment to occur.

4. The following rules will also be agreed to:-
- All site rules will be aheard to at all times.
- All E.A.G staff must be respected and obeyed at all times.
- Only ammunition issued by E.A.G will be used in site guns, should foreign rounds be used you will forfeit the deposit.
- Ammunition will not be reused or picked up from the floor.
- Rifles will be kept clean or cleaned by the renting party or you will forfeit some of the deposit.
- All equipment supplied by EAG will be looked after, weapons will not by used as walking sticks or standing aides.
- Any breakages or problems must be reported to E.A.G staff immediately.
- Any loss or damage, due to the players fault, will be removed from the players deposit.

5. All players that are wanting to rent need to download the PLAYER SAFETY AGREEMENT AND BOOKING FORM fill it in and print it out and bring it with you on the day.

PRICES

- Dorking day rental prices are £85(including deposit) , (£90if you don’t bother to book) which includes weapon, magazine, 3000rds of ammunition, facemask, combats, BBQ lunch, a soft drink and includes the refundable sliding scale deposit.
Please let us know prior to game date if you are vegan/vegetarian or have any medical restrictions on your playing style, such as asthma.

If you are renting at any of our sites a £40 deposit is included in all the rental prices and covers you against breakage and condition of the hire equipment and guns.

When the weapon is returned working and in clean condition, your deposit will be refunded in full.
£35 of deposit money returned when the rented equipment is returned covered in mud
£20 of the deposit is returned if there is any small cosmetic damage (non vital to the gun working).
£5 of deposit money returned when the rented equipment is returned with parts missing (like a mag).
And £0 returned for a completely broken or smashed up gun.
